   The plane takes over 48 hours and sometimes the cabin crew let you open the windows or emergency exits for fresh air, Kefelonia is also too hot! The average temperature there is 62 degrees Celcius and when you step off the plane you turn to ash!

   It should be something between 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours. Kefalonia is getting international charter flights directly to its airport.
   Regular flights have to go through the Athens airport and then the time increases accordingly by the waiting time of connecting flights.

   I went last year, though I flew from London Gatwick not Manchester.

   The flight was around two hours. So, yours will be around two and half hours long.

   The aircraft passed over the Black Forest of Germany, Italy and then onto Kefalonia.
