   By the time a job becomes available their skills are outdated
   May I suggest you look into a temporary job just to make money while you wait for a real job to come along. Giving private lessons to high school students is an excellent way to keep busy and stay afloat

   I agree with Vergina and Kimon. In my experience, a lot of younger Greeks are not willing to take a job that they consider "below them". I don’t want to suggest you are one of those – but I encourage you to accept any job you can get, no matter how over-qualified you may be.

   Think about it this way. If you were emigrating to another country (like so many Greeks are thinking of doing these days), what jobs would you accept in the new place? All of them. You wouldn’t have a choice. It should be the same at home.

   it’s still possible, but you have to search a great deal. Try to find anything even with a lower pay-check and just go on searching, that’s what we practically all do.
